Storyline
Pinu and Rimzim are the two children of Khogiram and Kalyani. Khogiram and Kalyani are tea plantation workers who are impoverished and live in a terrorist influenced region. Both the children know the financial condition of their parents. One day, Pinu loses Rimzim's shoes and they decide to share a pair of shoes until their parents save enough money to buy a new pair for them.

Bumm Bumm Bhole is a children based film inspired by or say remake of some films released earlier in India and abroad which can be stated as Majidi Majidi (Released in 1997), Children of Heaven (Iranian film) or BACHENAYE ASMAAN which were released in 1997. This movie was even nominated in Oscars. The film Bumm Bumm Bhole has been made by one of the greatest filmmakers Priydarshan. This director is famous for making many hit comedy films such as HERA PHERI, DE DANA DAN, BHAGAM BHAG, BHOOL BHOOLAIYA etc. But though he tried to make a film for children, he failed.
