Storyline
The film is a courtroom comedy film or it can be called as a social satire on the law system of India. The story revolves around a lawyer Jagdish Tyagi aka Jolly who shifts to Delhi to take on a case which involves the suspect of a hit and run case.

One Line Review: Let down compared to the scope it had, a very dull and repeated script. Positive Points: Splendid performances by all characters Negative Points: Disappointing and futile dialogues; Bad screenplay; Weak story; below average music Plot: The story is about a Law graduate Jagdish Tyagi, aka Jolly L.L.B (Arshad Warsi) who passed his law from Merut and comes to Delhi to make a career.
