After delivering the biggest chartbuster of 2017 ‘Pallo Latke’, Zain Khan, Raees and Sam to score music for ‘Band Of Maharajas’
Aside from Band Of Maharajas, the composer trio is in talks to score music for some big studios' films.
Scored by the music composer trio of Zain Khan, Raees, and Sam, “Pallo Latke” from Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda’s film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana was, without an ounce of doubt, one of the most loved songs of the year 2017. All three composers received an overwhelming response for recreating the old classic Bollywood song and making it sound completely new and fresh, especially for young listeners. They even walked away with many awards at various award functions for their composition. To spell their musical magic once again, the terrific trio is coming back to score music in filmmaker Girish Malik’s next venture, titled Band Of Maharajas. The composers have already recorded the first song for the film and now they have started work on their next songs.
To be helmed by Girish Malik, Band Of Maharajas is expected to mount the shooting floor in Afghanistan in the coming few weeks. The song composed by Zain Khan, Raees and Sam will be shot during the first schedule of the movie.
Talking about the star cast of the film, Band Of Maharajas features Chitrangda Singh in the lead role. The actress plays the role of a Pakistani singer-activist Billo Mumtaz. The film is being produced by Ponty Chadha's Wave Cinemas.
