After ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, megastar Amitabh Bachchan to start shooting for ‘Jhund’!
‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ will finish in mid-February and soon after that Amitabh Bachchan will start shooting for ‘Jhund’.
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is 75 years old but he is one of the few actors who do maximum films in any single year. Though he acted in just one movie last year, he has more than 3 films releasing this year. His most anticipated movie, ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, is about to get wrapped up but the Shehenshah of Bollywood is in no mood to take a break. Soon after TOH, he will start shooting for yet another movie titled, ‘Jhund’. Bachchan on Wednesday wrote on his blog that the schedule for ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ will last till mid-February after which he would start shooting for Nagraj Manjule’s film, Jhund. “Most of the day is spent in getting the spine and shoulder to be somewhat functional so that when work starts tomorrow and it starts at night till morning on ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’. There is some mobility for me to be able to perform,” Big B wrote.
“So, this schedule lasts till mid-February and then on to the next film called ‘Jhund’ … in Hindi, which for those language challenged, means a bunch of people,” he added.
Senior Bachchan said that the film is about a bunch of slum children. “The people here are a bunch of slum kids who meet the guy who takes them from a life of misdeeds to one of responsible nature and character. A biography in a sense. It is the life of a living human who actually did this and it’s in Pune from. Yeah, as I said, mid-February.”
Well, the evergreen actor is 75 and without any doubt, he is the most active actors of the entire film industry. Apart from TOH and ‘Jhund’, he has ‘Pad Man’, where he will narrate the film and then he will be seen opposite Rishi Kapoor in a comedy-drama titled, ‘102 Not Out’.
