Akshay Kumar's 'Special 26' will have four remakes
Akshay Kumar starrer 'Special 26' will have four remakes made in South-Indian languages by filmmaker Thaigarajan.
Critically acclaimed film 'Special 26' performed surprisingly well at the box-office. Becoming the mass favourite, has encouraged actor turned filmmaker Thaigarajan to opt for its four remakes in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
The South-Indian adaptation of 'Special 26' will star south actor Prashanth in Akshay's role, while Prakash Raj and Satyaraj will be seen in Manoj Bajpai and Anupam Kher's role.
'Special 26' is based on a true story of con-mans from 1980s, who used to loot the rich men disguising their identity as Income tax officers.
