Sachin: A Billion Dreams will be releasing on May 26th for the world to witness the most cherished moments of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar ’s life. But before that, he has organized a high-profile premiere for his well-wishers from the field of sports, entertainment, politics, and business industry.

All you got to know about the high profile premiere of Sachin: A Billion Dreams

The premiere will take place in Mumbai on May 24, Wednesday. Among the invitees, the makers are expecting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the premiere. He was personally invited by Sachin and his wife Anjali Tendulkar, during their recent Delhi visit. Where, PM gave him a positive feedback stating, “The film will not only inspire the next generation but through Sachin’s highs and lows, it will tell everyone that challenges are everywhere but that does not mean you surrender… you overcome those challenges and it applies to everyone in life.”

Next, are the business tycoon Ambani brothers – Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani on the guest list. They both share a good equation with Sachin and have agreed to attend the premiere. If all goes well, it will be the first media appearance of these brothers, together.

From Bollywood, Sachin has sent a special invite to Amitabh Bachchan and Lata Mangeshkar. To which, Big B has assured his presence, while Lata Didi has replied him with a heartfelt message. Many A-list actors are expected to attend the premiere.

And last but not the least, his on-field family of Cricketers are going to grace the event for their idol Sachin. Right from Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev to M.S. Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Harbhajan Singh and other players from all the ages of cricket are going to attend the premiere.

On his philanthropic part, Sachin has also organized a special screening for Indian Armed Force in Delhi. “It is our way to say a big ‘thank you’ for all things they do for us… For all the sacrifices they make for us”, said Sachin to IANS.

Sachin: A Billion Dreams is pitching higher than Baahubali 2 in over 7000 theaters in India, while the later was released in 6500 screens. It has been dubbed in 6 languages, which is a record in itself. No other film in the world has been dubbed in these many languages, till date.

Directed by James Erskine, film Sachin: A Billion Dreams music is composed by Academy Award Winner A R Rahman.
