Amol Gupte to star in 'Singham 2'
Amol Gupte is all set to star in Rohit Shetty's next 'Singham 2'. The film features Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles.

We earlier reported that Kareena Kapoor will be essaying a Maharashtrian girl in Rohit Shetty 's upcoming ' Singham Returns '. Playing a Maharashtrian mulgi certainly excites Kareena a lot, as she will be playing this role for the first time. Going by the latest news update, the director Amole Gupte will also be featuring in ' Singham Returns '.
Amole Gupte earlier portrayed a villain in Shahid Kapoor , Priyanka Chopra starrer ' Kaminey ' and Gupte admitted himself of being a fan of Rohit Shetty films. The movie is anticipated to hit the floors in mid-March this year, as per the reports. ' Singham Returns ' is co-produced by Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty .
' Singham Returns ' will see Ajay Devgn retaining his role as a fierce cop like the original version. The film has been recently launched officially by Rohit Shetty and his team.
