Amrita Rao to essay Journalist in 'Singh Saab The Great'
After \'Satyagraha\', Amrita Rao is all set to essay a journalist in her next flick directed by Anil Sharma, \'Singh Saab The Great\' featuring Sunny Deol.

The delicate beauty Amrita Rao is being seen essaying daughter-in-law of Amitabh Bachchan in freshly released political-thriller ' Satyagraha '. And now, Amrita will be stepping in the shoes of a journalist speaking in Eastern UP lingo in her next movie ' Singh Saab The Great ' opposite Sunny Deol .
Amrita Rao is all set to get under the skin of her journalist character and expressed her views on this by saying that she will be portraying the role of journalist in the film ' Singh Saab The Great '. The director Anil Sharma had carved her character very meticulously, said Rao. Amrita Rao also added that this film will depict a completely diverse background and the director was very particular about the thing that she will have an accurate Eastern UP accent in the movie. Amrita recalls of Sharma asking her whether she is fully prepared, a day prior to the shoot. The actress also admitted of the director offering her some workshops in order to bring out the best in her. Also, Amrita used to practice the accent with a person, who knew Eastern UP accent, reportedly.
The chirpy beauty further revealed that it was a wonderful experience to enact a journalist's role. Media has always been a part of Amrita's life and this role offered her a chance to jump on the other side of the fence, she added.
' Singh Saab The Great ' is already creating ripples with its recently released teaser and the movie is geared up to release on November 22.
