An Impressed Akshay Kumar agreed To Do 'Airlift' in Fifteen Minutes Flat!
Producer Nikhil Advani convinced Akshay Kumar to take up 'Airlift' with just two-page story idea and fifteen minutes of the khiladi's time.
Producer Nikhil Advani who is currently working on a unique project, 'Airlift', starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur convinced the actor with a two-page story idea and in just fifteen minutes of time.
The film is an epic war tale that essays the real life experiences of the 1,50,000 Indian expatriates who were displaced with the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and is a story celebrating the triumph of the human spirit against the backdrop of war.
In the movie Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of the Kuwait-based tycoon Ranjit Katyal and Nimrat Kaur will essay the role of his wife. Directed by Raja Menon, 'Airlift' is produced under the Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures LLP along with T-Series and Cape of Good, in strategic partnership with Abundantia Entertainment.
'Airlift' is an edge-of-the-seat entertaining thriller that releases on January 22, 2016.
