Anil Kapoor plans success party for '24' team

The thrilling television serial '24' featuring Anil Kapoor in the lead role, garnered much praise from the viewers. The series was containing a hefty starcast like Anupam Kher , Tisca Chopra and Mandira Bedi in key roles. Freshly, Anil Kapoor threw a wrap-up party for '24' team and the event was much happening.

Reportedly, the success party for '24' started to don the colours on Saturday evening and Anil Kapoor cheerfully announced that "Everyone must get drunk." However, the actor himself stayed away from the drinks. Moreover, Anil even grooved on his song "My Name Is Lakhan". As he danced to the tunes of the song, the evergreen actor screamed each and every actor's name from the serial with lots of enthusiasm, said Richa Chadda , who graced the party dressed in elegant black attire.

Anil Kapoor expressed his happiness about the event by saying that "It was my most memorable party ever in the film industry. Everyone in the 24 team has slogged to make it work. We all deserved to let our hair down". Mandira Bedi , who plays the key role in the television serial was not seen in the party, reportedly. Bedi revealed her reason for not attending the party by stating that "I had to miss the party because I had my brother in town from Singapore. He visits only once a year. And I had a dinner for him at home. So I couldn't get away. The 24 party was planned much after my dinner was locked in. So I missed out on all the fun with the 24 team."

In all, the '24' success party turned out to be a colourful star-studded happening event.
