Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, his wife Twinkle Khanna, Rinkie Khanna and yesteryear actress Dimple Kapadia have been summoned to court on 4th of December for a domestic abuse case filed by Anita Advani, Rajesh Khanna’s live in partner.

She accused the Khanna family of abuse and also stated that she was forcibly evicted from the late actor\'s bungalow \'Ashirwad\'. She also demanded to be protected under the Domestic Violence Act and an access to \'Ashirwad\'.
Anita Advani claims that she had been staying with the late actor since 2003.
