Actress Asin Thottumkal tied the sacred knot with electronics company Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma yesterday in New Delhi. The couple hosted a twin ceremony in Delhi, that was a Christian wedding in the morning followed by a Hindu wedding with all the rituals in the evening. The security at the venue which was resort Dusit Devarana, was tight. It was a private affair attended by only a few close members of family and friends.
Actor Akshay Kumar who is a close friend of the couple was the best man, attended the morning ceremony. Asin was seen wearing a gorgeous Sabyasachi Mukherjee's creation for the Hindu wedding, and she adorned a pretty white gown designed by Vera Wang for the Christian style wedding. According to the sources, the couple will host a reception in Mumbai on January 23, that is expected to be attended by many Bollywood celebs.
