Ayushman Khurana & Tabu pair up for a romantic film, directed by Sriram Raghavan!

There was much buzz about Sriram Raghavan ’s upcoming film and particularly casting for the male lead, as many names were being tossed on the table, like Varun Dhawan and Harshvardhan Kapoor were few of them. But finally, Ayushman Khurana is chosen to be the lead in Sriram Raghavan 's next romantic film, Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh , and paired with Tabu ! Although it is the most unlikely pairing one could see but given the fact it is in safe hands of the director, we can expect a solid screenplay out of it.

Besides casting, the title of the film also took a while to finalize as it was a romantic film and Raghavan is known to be master of thrilling twists, but though in different perspective, the title Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh is also hinting suspense to it, which is a trademark element of Sriram Raghavan 's direction style. As for now, much of the shooting schedule is complete and shot over various location around Pune and Lonavla.

Despite Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh , both actors are pretty packed with their many films in their kitty. Tabu is working with Rohit Shetty and his trademark comedy series, Golmaal Again starring Ajay Devgn. Whereas Ayushmann Khurrana , despite starting the year with critically appreciated but tanked at box office rom-com Meri Pyaari Bindu, he will be seen in Bareilly Ki Barfi alongside Kriti Sanon and Rajkumar Rao. And besides, he is also playing a lead in R S Prasanna's Shubh Mangal Saavdhan with Bhumi Pednekar with whom he worked with Dum Laga Ke Haisha.
