Bollywood celebs & politicos at the grand birthday celebration of Sachin Pilgaonkar!

Popular Marathi star Sachin Pilgaonkar who has not only achieved immense success in the regional cinema but has charmed his way in Bollywood too! The actor turned 60 yesterday and they made the celebration a grand affair in the real sense! His wife and eminent actress Supriya Pilgaonkar planned and organized a grand event where all his friends and family were invited, some of the dear ones even performed on stage and revived the memories of his films!

Bollywood celebrities and politicos graced the occasion adding to its grandeur. Amitabh Bachchan was among the chief attendees who sat right beside Sachin and Supriya. Singer Sonu Nigam and Sachin Tendulkar were also present who unveiled Sachin’s book “Hach Maza Marg”, which is an autobiography he penned as he completes 50 glorious years in cinema! Along with the celebration, Sachin Pilgaonkar also announced his next Marathi film which is untitled yet. The film is touted to be a young love story produced by filmmaker Joe Rajan.

Sachin’s 60th celebration was a star studded event with eminent names from the Marathi film industry being present like Varsha Usgaonkar, Ashok Saraf, Priya Berde and several other personalities. Sachin and Supriya’s daughter who made her debut in Bollywood with Shah Rukh Khan’s Fan also performed a special dance track for her dad. She also rendered a heartfelt speech for him where he also addressed chief guests. Overall the event #SachinTurns60 was a hit!
