An untoward incident had occurred on the sets of ' Dabangg 2 ' on Saturday. There was a fire mishap in which 3 technicians were injured and eventually were rushed to the Lilavati Hospital. Reportedly, an action sequence was being shot at the Mehboob Studio in Bandra when this unpleasant incident took place.

Thankfully the principal cast was not filming during the mishap but Salman was present on the set. The injured technicians were rushed to the hospital in the ambulance that was on a precautionary standby as a safety measure while filming action sequences. Apparently the fire broke out due to short circuit. Salman Khan had also accompanied the injured ones along with Arbaaz Khan .

The producer-director of the movie, Arbaaz said, "Salman wasn't shooting. But he was on the set. He had come to see the shot. A mishap occurred when an action sequence was being shot without the actors. The stunt went a bit awry and three people got injured. They were immediately rushed to hospital."

He added, "Accidents do happen in spite of all the precautions taken. Thankfully the injury was all blunt and everyone is okay. But such an incident is very disturbing."

Arbaaz Khan has stated that the injured are fine. "They suffered blunt injuries. It will take them a few days to heal. They will soon be discharged from hospital. We packed up shooting after the injury. But we resume from Monday", says Arbaaz.
