B-Town diva Deepika Padukone broke the silence about her combat with depression before some period. The actress also promised to start a foundation that will address the mental health issues in the nation. Going by the report, Deepika Padukone unleashed the logo of her foundation 'Live Love Laugh' on her Twitter page.
Deepika spoke about her foundation by saying that "The fight against depression is a cause very, very close to my heart and is one of the largest health issues facing the country today. Having experienced depression in the recent past, I realize how difficult it is to recognize the problem, find information and get the right kind of professional help. I was fortunate to get the kind of support that I did and through this platform I hope to enable others get the same kind of help. My team and I are working hard to set up the foundation and the logo launch is a small step in that direction."
The statutory process of 'Live Love Laugh' has been done and it is registered on June 1. 'Live Love Laugh' will engage with professionals, institutions and other organizations in the mental health area.
