Esha Deol Ties the Knot with Bharat Takhtani at ISCKON Temple in Juhu

Esha Deol, the lovely daughter of the legendary actor Dharmendra and Hema Malini tied the nuptial knot with the diamond businessman Bharat Takhtani yesterday. The grand event took place in the ISCKON temple at Juhu in Mumbai. As announced earlier by Hema Malini, the marriage of her daughter was a traditional South Indian one.

The bride looked extremely beautiful and gorgeous in the Kanjeevaram sari and the bridegroom looked awesome in the white sherwani designed by Neeta Lulla. The couple looked extremely happy. Everything happened in a decent style.

The wedding ceremony was attended by various B-town celebrities, industrialists, socialites and the near and dear ones of both sides of the bride and the groom. B-town celebrities who attended the ceremony chiefly include the Bachchan family, Nita Ambani, Subrato Roy, Rani Mukherjee, Fardeen Khan, Vinod Khanna, Manoj Kumar, Vyjayanthimala, Poonam Sinha, Madhoo, Anu Malik, Preeti Desai and Ramesh Sippy.

Abhay Deol, Esha\'s cousin is very close to her and was present at every occasion including her wedding. But her half-brothers Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, who had turned up for Esha\'s engagement were absent from the wedding venue. This has come as a surprise and a bit of shock for everyone, who is aware of the fact that Esha\'s brothers are fond of both Esha and Ahana.

Most people are unable to digest the fact that both Sunny and Bobby could give a miss to their younger sister\'s marriage due to their busy shooting schedule. But it should be remembered that Smita Shetty, Shilpa Shetty\'s sister had to miss her dear sister\'s grand marriage ceremony as she was locked inside Bigg Boss\' house!

Anyway, Esha\'s Papa Dharmendra was present and was seen attending and greeting each of the guests along with Hema Malini. Both looked very happy and excited.
