You cannot miss the first look of Akshay Kumar from his most ambitious movie project, ‘Kesari’.
From the last decade, Akshay Kumar is on the spree of doing multiple movies in a single year. Khiladi Kumar has already wrapped up shooting for all his three films (Pad Man, 2.0 and Gold) which are coming this year and has even started working on his 2019’s projects. In 2019, Kumar will be seen in his most ambitious project, ‘Kesari’, for which he has started shooting from today itself. ‘Kesari’ is a film based the battle of Saragarhi which was fought in 1897 and Akshay will be seen as Sikh havildar. Akshay, on Twitter, shared his first look from the film, captioning, “Feeling nothing but immense pride and gratitude while sharing this. Beginning my 2018 with #KESARI, my most ambitious film and a lot of passion. Need your best wishes as always.”
‘Kesari’ is being helmed by Punjabi filmmaker Anurag Singh and is jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Azure Entertainment. Early last year, Salman Khan officially announced that he will be producing this film with Karan’s Dharma Productions and Akshay will be the lead of the film, but things didn’t work out and Salman backed out from the project. When the same was asked to Akshay, he replied, “Yes, we couldn't do it. I am making the film with Karan Johar and that's it."
Well, we wish all the luck to Khiladi Kumar who is every time coming up different movies with fresh content.
