Farhan Akhtar is Excited About Doing a Romantic Comedy with Vidya Balan

Farhan Akhtar will be seen opposite ' The Dirty Picture ' star Vidya Balan in ' Shaadi Ke Side Effects ', which is the sequel to the 2006 hit ' Pyaar Ke Side Effects '. Farhan is excited to act in his seventh film ' Shaadi Ke Side Effects ' as an actor. It is his first romantic comedy film.
More than a decade ago, Farhan Akhtar had made his directorial debut with the film ' Dil Chahta Hai ', which was a big hit. He says that although he has done many films, this particular movie (' Dil Chahta Hai ') is very close to his heart.
Now Saket Chaudhary is making his directorial debut with ' Shaadi Ke Side Effects '. He has also written its script. The actor has praised the debutante director by saying that he has written an interesting script.
Filmmaker-turned-actor, Farhan Akhtar seems to be very much excited about doing a romantic comedy for the first time. He says, "With this film, I am moving away from anything that I have been a part of earlier. I have never done a romantic comedy before. Besides, it's a very funny script yet at the same time it's a moving one."
