'Gangs Of Wasseypur 2' 1st Day Box Office Report

\'Gangs Of Wasseypur 2\' released on Wednesday (8th August, 2012) instead of Friday. Even though it was a working day, it has earned INR 3 crores on its first day. Some theatres observed 50 to 70% occupancy in some shows.
It is believed that this film has got good reviews from the critics, which allowed it to earn even INR 3 crores on a working day.
It was also released in some theatres on Tuesday night in metros like Mumbai and some theatres were almost houseful.
