Taking their personal ties of friendship to the next level, the star wives Sussanne Roshan and Gauri Khan are going to collaborate once again on the professional front to venture into a Real Estate business. Even before the official launch of Corp, these ladies have grabbed their first project and have already began their work.
Sussanne already owns a successful interior label, "The Charcoal Project" and now to extend her brand, she has roped in the voguish Gauri Khan , as a partner to explore the real estate business. They are into talks with a construction company, who has handovered them the development of 12 luxury villas in Goa. These entrenching ladies have earlier worked jointly, where Gauri had designed a limited edition of furniture and accessories for Sussanne's decor brand.
A source reported about their venture and also informed about the deal's current state, where the negotiations are on regarding the profit distribution, but it is likely to be divided between the two ladies and the developers. Gauri and Sussanne will be the face of the business to cash in on their brand value.
This partnership will surely lead property prices to hike, as the glamorous star wives are stepping into the real estate business.
