Gauri Khan , the successful entrepreneur and the wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, will be the guest of honour at the International Real Estate Expo, as per the report. The 2nd edition of IREX will be held in Bengaluru-based Ashok Convention Hall from October 7 to 9.
Gauri, who is an interior decorator, stated that there are various reasons for the Indian luxury real estate buyers for investing their money overseas such as being close to their children studying abroad or they invest for holiday home. The star-wife is glad with the association with IREX.
Over 5000 visitors are expected to be there at IREX 2016 and more than 85 top international real estate developers and marketing companies will be a part of this event, believes Vimal Anand, the director of IREX.
