The movie features never-seen-before lead pair Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D\'cruz and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Saif Ali Khan under their banner Illuminati Films. The film is the directorial venture of Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. \'Happy Ending\' narrates the tale of contemporary men and women also revolves around relationships, friendships, love, marriage, plagiarism and happy endings.
The film \'Happy Ending\' also stars Kareena Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Govinda and Kalki Koechlin in cameo appearances.
