High Court To Hear Shiney Ahuja's Case On 17th December.
Actor Shiney Ahuja, accused of his maid servant’s rape in 2009 had received a seven year imprisonment by Sessions Court. Then Ahuja had filed an appeal before the High Court, requesting a fast trial.

Actor Shiney Ahuja , accused of his maid servant's rape in 2009 had received a seven year imprisonment by Sessions Court. Then Ahuja had filed an appeal before the High Court, requesting a fast trial.
Taking into consideration Ahuja's request, the High Court has decided to hear the case on 17th December. His lawyer states that the maid's evidence, the results of the DNA test and the evidence based on the circumstances failed to make a point of accusation against the actor.
According to the actor himself, the police investigation was biased against him and also the investigators did not check the CCTV footage and call records.
