'Indian Idol 2' Winner Sandeep Acharya Expired
'Indian Idol 2' winner Sandeep Acharya passed away on Sunday morning at a Gurgaon-based hospital. The 29-year old singer is survived by his wife and one-month old daughter.

Sandeep Acharya, the guy who won the second season of the popular television singing reality show, 'Indian Idol 2', breathed his last on Sunday morning (December 15) at Medanta Hospital based in Gurgaon. The 29-year old singer was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Bikaner, his home town, as he was suffering from jaundice. But, he was shifted to Gurgaon owing to his deteriorating health condition.
Sandeep Acharya is survived by his wife and one-month old daughter. The singer's sad demise shocked the Bollywood fraternity and here are some celebrity's posts on Twitter. Sonu Nigam wrote that "Sandeep Acharya died? Oh my God... his Wikipedia has been modified 15 minutes back... any1 knows how? I'm so so sad. Wht a btful soul" Farah Khan penned down that "It's too sad to hear of Sandeep Acharya, winner of 'Indian Idol 2' and my favourite, passing away. Such a gentle boy he was. Not his time to go" Salim Merchant said that "shocked to hear about sandeep acharya's demise. Have met him several times..may his soul RIP. Prayers.." Shreya Ghoshal penned down that "Just heard about 'Indian Idol' Sandeep Acharya...Shocked. Too young, and a wonderful guy...I still hole this news is untrue" Mini Mathur expressed her grief by saying that "What a sad, premature goodbye to a talented, ambitious, happy boy. RIP Sandeep Acharya"
