In a recent media interaction, Irrfan expressed his desire to work in Marathi films.
Irrfan feels that Marathi films have upped their levels. He also praised Chaitanya Tamhane 's ' Court ' which was chosen as the Oscar entry. He said it is a fantastic film. he further added that, every year new talent comes up. He also mentioned last year's film 'Fandry'. Irrfan stated that if something good comes his way he will surely take it up.
