Reportedly, Jacqueline Fernandez will be writing a book that will give details about her new-age skin diet. The book speaks about the actress's daily practices such as she drinks a glass of lukewarm water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. She uses particular creams for cleansing and toning. Jacqueline said no make-up should be on face while sleeping.
Jacqueline talked about her new-age skin diet by saying that "It's called a skin diet but it's not about getting skinny. This is about maintaining the PH levels in your skin through a balanced diet of acidic and alkaline food,". She believes that the desired result comes post four weeks. The vegan actress further added that "It all comes down to what you put in your mouth. The idea of the book came to me when I was asked to blog about fitness. I decided instead to compile my journey to no eye bags, no stomach aches and no eczema through 12 chapters of a book."
