Kangana to put her directorial debut Teju on hold for a thriller!
The actress will start working on a thriller film right after completing Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi.
As we all know that Kangana Ranaut was all set to start working on her first directorial venture Teju soon after completing her film Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, which is under production right now. Based on the inspirational life of Rani Laxmi Bai, the film is being directed by Krish. The latest we hear that meanwhile Kangana has loved the script of a thriller film and is quite keen to start work on it right after wrapping up Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. If that happen, Teju will take a backseat and will go on floors only after the actress finishes the untitled thriller film.
According to reports, Kangana Ranaut's friend Shailendra Singh recently narrated a story to her. The actress liked the script and agreed to do the film immediately. However, things are in the initial stage and it is yet not disclosed who will play the male lead in the film opposite Kangana.
Last seen in Simran, Kangana desperately needs a hit as her last few releases like Simran and Rangoon failed to leave a mark at the box office. A lot of expectations are riding on her next release, Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, which is slated to release next year.
