Kartik Aaryan to share the big screen with Kriti Sanon in Dinesh Vijan’s next?

Last few weeks have been phenomenal for Kartik Aaryan. His latest film, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, entered the elite 100 crores club, all its songs went viral and he got the prestigious, Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award for the best entertainer of the year. But that’s not it, his fans have one more reason to get rejoiced. According to latest sources, the 29-years-old actor will now be seen opposite Kriti Sanon in a Dinesh Vijan produced film. If insiders are to be believed then the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor has given his nod to Vijan’s film and has also signed it on the dotted lines but the hunt for the female lead is still on. Kriti’s name is making the most noise to be paired opposite Kartik.

The untitled project is said to be a romantic comedy which Kartik is the king of, and it will be directed by cinematographer-cum-director, Laxman Utekar. In the past, Utekar has cinematographed movies like Dear Zindagi, English Vinglish and Tevar and has also been director of photography for Hindi Medium and Blue. He has also directed two Marathi films, namely, Lalbaugchi Rani and Tapaal.

While Kartik has already proved his mettle in the industry, it will be interesting to see how Kriti performs opposite him if she gets confirmed for the role.
