Ketan Mehta files a police complaint against Kangana Ranaut!

Kangana Ranaut is controversy’s favorite child. After giving rise to the heated debate of Nepotism, the actress is now in news for her film on Rani Laxmibai. Reportedly, filmmaker Ketan Mehta has filed a police complaint against her for copying the script of his film on the warrior princess.

Last year, the news of Kangana starring in Mehta’s film on Rani Laxmibai was doing rounds in the media. However, suddenly she opted out of it and announced another film named Manikarnika on the same subject with director Krish. This shocking step cost Mehta a huge loss of 9 Crores and also the effort of 10 long years.

In his complaint registered with Economic Offense Wing, Mehta said that he had shared some important details from the revised script and also the costume designs with Kangana. Thus, she has not just hijacked the subject but also the film on which he had been working for past 10 years. She has been booked on the charges of cheating and violating a breach of trust.

On the other hand, Kangana has hired Rizwan Siddiqui to handle this case as well. Earlier, he fought her infamous case against Hrithik Roshan.
