Mallika Sherawat's 'Dirty Politics' Banned in Patna
Malika Sherawat's upcoming film 'Dirty Politics' is banned by the Patna High Court due to some objectionable scenes.
Mallika Sherawat starrer film 'Dirty Politics' will not be screened in Bihar as the Patna High Court has banned the release of the film. The news is that a petitioner had informed the court that the film's lead actress Mallika Sherawat has draped India's National Flag on her body, thereby insulting and dishonouring the national flag.
A division bench of the court ordered the concerned authorities that the film should not be released until the objectionable scenes are removed. The demand that the film should not be released in theatres in Patna was accepted and the decision was taken by the court.
The forthcoming film also stars veteran actors Om Puri, Naseeruddin Shah, Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher, Ashutosh Rana among others. 'Dirty Politics' is set to release in other parts of the country on this coming Friday, March 6, 2015.
