Patiala schedule of Akshay Kumar's next 'Gold' concluded!
Superstar Akshay Kumar has announced the completion of the second schedule of his upcoming sports biopic, Gold.

The Patiala shooting schedule of superstar Akshay Kumar 's forthcoming film, Gold , has been wrapped up. Akshay, who plays the male lead in the movie, took to micro-blogging website Twitter to announce the completion of its Patiala schedule. He wrote, “Another fantastic schedule of ‘Gold’ ends in Patiala. So much love and warmth literally till the point of taking off…nothing but grateful."
The first shooting schedule of the film was canned in London. After completing its second schedule in Patiala, the whole team will now start preparing for its next schedule.
Directed by Reema Kagti , Gold is a sports biopic on India's first Olympics win in 1948 at the 14th Olympic Games in London as a free country. The movie is being by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under Excel Entertainment . Also starring Mouni Roy and Amit Sadh in key roles, the movie is scheduled to release on August 15, 2018. With Gold , Mouni Roy will mark her Hindi film debut after earning name and fame as one of the most popular faces on small screen.
