Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt to shoot a promotional video for the latter's biopic?
Earlier scheduled to release on 30th March, the film will now arrive in cinemas on 29th June.

2018 seems to be a year of biopics! Of all the biopics slated to release in 2018, Sanjay Dutt biopic remains the one which has grabbed the audiences' attention right from the beginning. The makers of the biopic are doing everything possible to ensure that the film gets maximum eyeballs before and after its release. The latest we hear that the team has decided to shoot a special video as a part of the marketing strategy for the film. Reportedly, the team is brainstorming for new concepts to create the buzz around the film, with the promotional video being just one of them.
According to a source, “The idea is to get the audience into a zone where they will know about Dutt a bit more closely through this candid conversation. This will help set the tempo of the film. Sanjay Dutt is an affable person and is carefree and candid about his life. So a no holds bar peek into his life will obviously be a great watch especially when Ranbir who is playing Sanjay onscreen will be asking the questions.”
If all goes well, the promotional video will be shot in February.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani , the yet-to-be-titled film releases on 29th June.
