It was in October 1998 when shooting for the film \"Hum Saath Saath Hain\", actors like Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam along with Salman Khan were booked under section 149 of IPC and section 52 of Wildlife Act.
The actor was supposed to go to the US for health reasons which he had postponed for hearing of the case.
