Salman Khan to turn actor-cum-producer in Mahesh Manjrekar's next
Salman Khan will act as well as produce Mahesh Manjrekar\'s next film, under his banner Salman Khan Productions.

Salman Khan owns the reputation of being "The Khan with biggest heart in Bollywood". Whether its launching the newbies or re-building the crashed careers or financing the projects of his close buddies, he never give it a second thought and is always ready with his helping hand. And here he comes out for his friend Mahesh Manjrekar , for not just acting, but also producing his next film under his banner "Salman Khan Productions".
Going back to their friendship tale, Mahesh Manjrekar and Salman Khan bonded on the sets of the film ' Wanted ', then the duo went on to act in three back-to-back flicks, namely, ' Ready ', ' Dabangg ' and ' Bodyguard '. When Mahesh was planning for his next film, he chose Salman over other the actors. But seeing the superstar's busy schedule, he kept the project on halt for almost two-and-half years. And now, clearing all his prior work commitments, Salman has given his dates to him.
A source informed, as there was a recent delay in ' Kick ' schedule, Salman thought of giving some dates to Manjrekar so that the film could kick off. Right now, Manjrekar is working on the scripts and the film will go on the floor early next year.
