Sangeeta Bijlani to return to silver screen with Onir's next

She stayed away from the limelight post her split with ex-cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin. But, from the last year, along with Salman Khan's sister Alvira Agnihotri, the former actress Sangeeta Bijlani commenced making public appearances by attending social events. She started maintaining her fitness level. Now, Sangeeta is all set to make her comeback on the silver screen almost after two decades.

Going by the news reports, Sangeeta Bijlani will star in Onir's next titled 'Shab'. In this flick, Bijlani will be essaying a key role of an avid fashion follower and a high society diva, as per the reports. The shooting of the film is expected to be done in six months and will be shot in South Delhi. The filmmaker Onir and Bijlani met at Anita Dongre's fashion show through a common friend and he approached the actress with a script. Instantly, Sangeeta gave a nod after reading it. She is anticipated to shoot for her part in the coming months. Onir has attested the news update.
