Recently, rumours prevailed in the B-Town that Shirish Kunder had been kicked out of the Sajid Nadiadwala 's film ' Kick '. But producer Sajid Nadiadwala has put an end to all these rumours by stating that Shirish Kunder was not shown the door, but himself left the project.

The leading star of the film, Salman Khan , also confirmed it by posting his view on his Twitter account. He tweeted: "No, that's not true. Shirish left the film. He is working on something else. Ho gaya clear (Is it clear)? Good,".

Initially, it was reported that as Sajid Nadiadwala is a good friend of Akshay Kumar and since Akshay was not happy with Shirish, Sajid had asked Kundar to leave the project after ' Joker ' starring Akshay and Sonakshi failed badly at the box office.

Sajid has revealed that Shirish Kunder had opted out of ' Kick ' a week before the release of ' Joker '. Everything was decided by mutual consent. Immediately after leaving Sajid's office, Kundar text messaged Salman Khan that he is no longer a part of ' Kick '. Salman came to know about the happenings of the events when he contacted Sajid.

A friend of Nadiadwala's was quoted saying, "Salman immediately contacted Sajid to ask what was going on. Sajid apprised Salman of the whole situation. Salman promptly suggested to Sajid, 'You direct Kick .' Salman has been urging Sajid to turn director for ten years"
