When Shobhaa Kapoor saw promo of Sonakshi's upcoming film 'Lootera', Kapoor was so stirred by it that she wanted to appreciate the actress by calling her late in the night.

It's pretty complicated to win the heart of Shobha Kapoor - mother of Ekta Kapoor . But, someone has done that... Guess who? Our very own Sonakshi Sinha ! Why? When Shobha Kapoor saw promo of Sonakshi's upcoming film ' Lootera ', Kapoor was so stirred by it that she wanted to appreciate the actress by calling her late in the night.
Shobha Kapoor was very charmed by Sonakshi's performance and praised her for doing an excellent job in the film. It was Ekta Kapoor who had to stop her mother from calling Sonakshi late in the night.
However, the very next morning Shobhaaji rang Sonakshi to shower lots of praise on her. Shobhaji even told Sonakshi that she reminds of yesteryears diva Vyjayantimala , who ruled the golden era of Bollywood.
