The upcoming flick 'Shorts', which is an amalgamation of efforts of five directors, promises to be emotional rollercoaster tidal wave.

The acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is ready to weave a bundle of five short films in his next titled 'Shorts'. After venturing into anthology of four short films in recent flick 'Bombay Talkies', he directed a short tale titled as 'Murabba'.
Under the banner of Viacom 18, Anurag Kashyap and Guneet Monga will be co-producing the film 'Shorts'. This movie would be joint efforts by five directors - Vasan Bala, Neeraj Ghaywan, Gitanjali Rao, Anubhuti Kashyap and Shlok Sharma. All of these directors will be putting their valuable contribution in the movie 'Shorts' in the form of five diverse stories. By having a glance at the first look trailer of the flick, it seems promising enough to seem an emotional rollercoaster tidal wave.
Anguish is the prime emotion in the emblematic Kashyap trailer of 'Shorts'. The filmmakers attempt at effectively showcasing the underbelly life in metro cities. There are speedy, unrefined and slice-of-life surfaces in the film. Every character from the flick intends at presenting a unique layer of emotion, which differentiates him or her from the others. The five stories highlight various Indian aspects. Though it is compilation of five assortments of tales, together they unite to form an interconnected bond.
'Shorts' will be featuring a gang of eminent artists like Huma Qureshi, Richa Chadda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Satya Anand, Preeti Singh, Vineet Singh, Ratnabali Bhattacharjee, Arjun Srivastava and Murari Kumar. It is slated to release on 12th July.
