Reportedly, Shruti Haasan was all excited to start working and devote herself in preparation for the role of a warrior. Training schedule, that includes many combat training and regimes to mold her to the character she could’ve been playing. But with the lack of official confirmation, she decided to step out of the project, as the project itself would’ve demand 2 years of her commitment. Though it would have been awesome to see Shruti Haasan play a ‘Wonder Woman’ like character, as she had physic and attribute to play such fierce character.

Sangamithra is one of the ambitious project, which not only is a two-part series like Baahubali, but it would be produced at the budget of 250 crores. The audience would again be treated to the awe-inspiring visuals, packed with warrior princess' persona of Sangamithra. And to be sure, its musical aspect would be top notched, producers roped in A. R. Rahman to compose music for this movie. And since Shruti Haasan is out, it would be interesting to see who gets into play such stunning character.
