Siddharth Roy Kapur Buys a Service Apartment for His Ladylove Vidya Balan

There is a buzz that Siddharth Roy Kapur, the CEO of UTV Motion Pictures, has purchased a luxurious apartment for his ladylove Vidya Balan. Apparently, the apartment is not a residential one. It seems as if the apartment he has purchased for Vidya Balan is a service apartment and its cost is approximately INR 14 crore.

The service apartment bought by Siddharth Roy is located in Praneta Aparments in Juhu. And its rent is believed to be a whopping INR 10-12 lakh! Currently interior works in the newly purchased house is in progress.

Initially the couple was quite on being into a relationship. But in May, 2012 Vidya Balan in an interview, had announced that she was dating Siddharth Roy Kapur.
