Sunidhi Chauhan’s Pinjra from Simran is a soothing melody about life!

Director Hansal Mehta seems to have gotten it right when it comes to the songs for their upcoming film Simran! The first song outing ‘Lagdi Hai Thai’ was a foot tapping one with catchy lyrics and the much needed Gujarati flavor. Now, the second song titled Pinjra is a mesmerizing melody that talks about life. It features glimpses of the lead star Kangana, some of which have also been a part of the interesting trailer. It is a reflection of Kangana’s character Praful Patel and how she conducts her life.

The soulful song Pinjra is crooned by none other than the talent house Sunidhi Chauhan. The beautiful lyrics are penned by Priya Saraiya while the music has been rendered by Sachin-Jigar. The notes of the music are soothing and calming, just right for a quiet day you may want to spend with yourself lost in thoughts. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film also stars Sohum Shah as Kangana’s love interest. The movie also features Mark Justice, Esha Tewari Pande, and Aneesha Joshi among others. Simran is a story of an ambitious Gujarati who is a happy-go-lucky girl with two character-flaws as she claims! She has a habit of stealing and indulging in gambling. The film has been scheduled to release on September 15, 2017.
