'Talvar' steals the show at Toronto International Film Festival 2015

The filmmaker Meghna Gulzar arrived with the film 'Talvar' that is based on Aarushi Talvar and Hemraj murder case and it received a good response from the audience. 'Talvar' was premiered at Toronto International Film Festival 2015. Around 1,300 seats were booked by fans and the queue was increasing. The movie based on sensational murder case left the critics shocked and intrigued.

'Talvar' features Konkona Sen Sharma, Irrfan Khan, Tabu and Neeraj Kabi. The co-producer Vishal Bhardwaj was praised by David D'Arcy for crafting a controlled screenplay that makes a dark and painful serious tale. D'Arcy tagged 'Talvar' as an epic look at two gruesome killings that take an ugly turn by a series of wild miscarriages of justice.

'Talvar' with a documentary feel left the viewers emotionally disturbed with brutally honest portrayals. Konkona and Neeraj earned laurels for excellently essaying the role of Nupur and Rajesh Talvar.
