‘Teju’, Kangana Ranaut’s dream directorial debut on hold!
Kangana is in news every now and then these days, but this time it’s about her dream movie ‘Teju’ which she wants to direct by herself but now is put on hold.

Though Kangana Ranaut couldn’t manage to give a hit this year, she was in the limelight throughout, be it for the Hrithik’s case or her upcoming movie ‘ Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi ’, which is a biopic on Rani Laxmibai. She was the center of attraction this year. But she’s again in the news, but this time it’s about her dream project ‘ Teju ’. Yes, this is her dream film which she wants to direct all by herself. But due to her busy schedule and with her upcoming movies lined up, ‘ Teju ’ is put on a hold.
After ‘ Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ , Kangana will commence shooting for her untitled upcoming thriller, which will be produced by Sailesh R Singh, wherein she will be seen in a negative shade. In a report by a leading daily, a source close to the actress said, “Kangana’s role is nuanced and powerful. She loved the script as she felt it will give her a chance to showcase her acting skills again.”
If we talk about ‘ Teju ’, Kangana had earlier said, “I will play an 80-year-old woman in my first directorial, Teju. The film will be about every old person I know and have loved. It will also be a lot about me as I am older than my years. She (her character) is a warm, vibrant woman, full of life, who doesn’t feel old at all.”
Be it a controversy or the films, we all love Kangana when she’s on screen.
