'Teri Meri Kahaani' Flops; 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' Manages to Survive
On 22nd June, 2012, two films released such as ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ and ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’. ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ was directed by Kunal Kohli and starred Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra yet the film couldn’t appeal the audience and flopped.

On 22nd June, 2012, two films released such as ' Teri Meri Kahaani ' and ' Gangs Of Wasseypur '. ' Teri Meri Kahaani ' was directed by Kunal Kohli and starred Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra yet the film couldn't appeal the audience and flopped.
' Gangs Of Wasseypur ' was directed by Anurag Kashyap . This film was much more in news than ' Teri Meri Kahaani ' due to its screening in Cannes festival and its content. Its start was not so good but it almost remained constant from the day one and hence managed to survive. Since it was made in a low budget, it recovered much of its making cost from other sources and in some places such as Dhanbad, Bihar, etc. this film did well. Hence it recovered its making cost and also earned some profit.
Seeing its result, its makers are planning to release its 2nd part soon.
