Thalaiva Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, Kaala, to release on 07th June!

Excitement alert for all the Rajinikanth fans! The thalaiva is coming back to the silver screen with his film, Kaala, and the makers have announced its new release date. Earlier, the film was scheduled to hit the screens on 27th April but now, after few alterations, the team has decided to release the film on June 07th. That’s right! The megastar will once again be seen playing a gangster cum leader and fans can catch him in theatres from the first week of June.

Rajini’s son-in-law and producer of the film, Dhanush, took to his Twitter to share the news, captioning, “Happy to announce that Superstar’s #kaala will release on June 7th in all languages worldwide. #makewayfortheking #thalaivar.”

Directed by Pa. Ranjith, Kaala is a story of a leader who is not afraid to take an action against corruption and stands with poor. Set in the backdrop of Mumbai slums, the film also features Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar, Sampath, Sayaji Shinde and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles.

Kaala is a second collaboration between the director and Rajini and their last film, Kabali, was a major box office success.
