The much-awaited trailer of October is here and after watching it, every second of the wait seems worthy now!
October, that stars Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu, is directed by Shoojit Sircar and will hit the big screen on 13th April 2018.

After dropping few posters, the makers of October have finally unveiled the trailer of the film. Directed by Shoojit Sircar , the trailer looks completely unorthodox and Varun ’s character will leave you asking for more. In 2:23 minutes trailer, Varun is seen playing the role of a sweet yet mischievous boy who is trying to get into the hospitality industry. He is seen as a hotel management student who is working in a five-star hotel as part of the trainee programme. Though his character looks cool, he looks completely lost in himself trying to figure out something about Banita.
Newcomer, Banita Sandhu , had a limited screen space in the trailer but it looks like director Shoojit Sircar has given her a layered character.
The trailer comes with a tagline, “This is not a love story; this is a story about love”.
Co-produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar , October celebrates love, nature and the autumn season and a completely new take on love stories.
As October is the debut film of Banita, his co-star, Varun helped her a lot. "Banita is just 20 years old and does not know much about how the media functions here," Varun said in a statement. "She doesn't have a manger so Shoojit dada and I just want to make sure she gets the best and is comfortable because meeting the massive media and paparazzi can be very overwhelming," he added.
Jointly produced by Ronnie and Rising Sun Films, the Sircar’s love saga is scheduled to release on 13th April 2018.
