Veteran actor Sadashiv known for his stellar performances in films like ' Ardh Satya ' and ' Sadak ', breathed his last breathe at Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubahi Ambani Hospital on Monday morning.

The 64-years-old actor was admitted to the hospital, after getting detected with the lung infection. Few days back, his daughter Reema Amrapurkar cited that his health was improving. But then all hopes crashed when he stopped responding to the medicines and today he passed away.

Though, his career mainly focused him in villainous roles, yet Amrapurkar always worked for the betterment of the society in his real life. With his niche performance in films and theatre, he had built a benchmark for himself.

Mourning over Amrapurkar's death, film industry dwellers expressed their grief by writing-
