Actress Vidya Balan is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Tumhari Sulu which is a slice of life tale. The lady is currently on a promotional spree and working to promote the film on all platforms. Vidya has been always appreciated for her powerful roles and she is one of the pioneers to glorify women centric roles in the industry. Recently on an exclusive interview with the Film Companion, Balan revealed an interesting thing that she does for all her character which helps her transport to the character’s world.
When asked about her ritual or a practice that she follows, the actress revealed that she asks many questions to the director to get more out of it and know the character well. Another interesting thing that Balan stated is that she said, “I do use a different perfume for every character that I play. I don’t know, it’s just a quirk, what happens is that it’s very sensory, so sometimes when there’s a break in the shoot, I go back and the moment I wear that perfume I think something happens it transports me to the world. The movie also stars Neha Dhupia as Vidya’s boss and Manav Kaul as her husband. The first official teaser will be out today, the film releases on December 1, 2017.
