Vidyut says being vegetarian helps in martial arts

Action man Vidyut Jamwal who is showing his well built body on the silver screen has turned vegetarian many years ago. He says he is enjoying the benefits of being a vegetarian and healthy eating habits.

Action man Vidyut Jamwal who is showing his well built body on the silver screen has turned vegetarian many years ago. He says he is enjoying the benefits of being a vegetarian and healthy eating habits. According to the actor he has been swifter and faster after shifting to veg food.

Vidyut says that after he turned a vegetarian everything in his life changed. He says that every good thing started happening to him after shifting to veg food. The actor was speaking to the media at the launch of new ad of PETA. Vidyut says that he means what he says because he saw the transformation in his body and his mind after being a vegetarian. According to him he could feel the connection between his mind and his body. He says that his physical activities evolved and he realized that he became swifter and faster. When asked about the martial arts, he expressed that he is a selfish person with martial arts, so it's helping him a lot. His body has started looking better than never before. He could lose and gain weight whenever he wanted.

Vidyut is an expert in Kalaripayattu (a national form of martial arts from Kerala)and a national level gymnast as well. His action packed film ' Commando-A One Man Army ' is released today. He will be next seen in Tigmanshu Dhulia 's ' Bullet Raja ' with Saif Ali Khan .
